DAY 1 // PUNO W/ SILLUSTANI
Welcome and transfer from Juliaca to Puno City. On your way to Puno, visit the famous Chullpas of Sillustani, 12 m/40ft high stone cylinder burial chambers, used by the Aymaras to bury their important leaders. Lake Umayo, located in front of the Chullpas, adds further beauty to the place. Here you also have the opportunity to observe wild guinea pigs, birds and other local wildlife. Arrival to selected hotel where you have free time to rest and get acclimatized to the altitude. Overnight.

DAY 2 // PUNO/LAKE TITICACA: HALF DAY UROS ISLAND
Breakfast. Today we embark on a half-day boat excursion on Lake Titicaca, surrounded by water, sky, and the snow-capped Andes Mountains. We will visit the Uros Indians, who build their homes on "floating islands" of totora reeds and are known for their typical boats made of the same material. In the afternoon return to hotel. Overnight.

Breakfast. At agreed time transfer to the train /bus station for your connection to the next destination.
